PantherX Online Accounts builds on a powerful plugin system that allows us to integrate various data sources, and use them across many desktop applications. Our first use-case is PantherX Hub.
At the moment Hub supports the following providers reliably:
- Mastodon
- GitLab
- Github
- Claws Mail* (from local IMAP cache; real sync is coming soon)
To receive notifications, simply add your account to Online Accounts:
Once the first sync has completed, your most recent notifications will show up in Hub:
Hub will not download all your old notifications but much rather start’s collecting from the time you added your account(s). In your start menu, you will find a dedicated Hub application that archives all this data and makes it searchable.
