We have decided to delay the Beta 4 release by 2 weeks to make sure that we have time to complete the initial version of the PantherX installer. While still pretty rudimentary, this will make it much less exhausting to actually install our OS on your hardware.
Some other changes since Beta 3 include:
- New fonts for support of Asian languages (90% size reduction)
- Fixed a memory leak and improved startup-time for Hub
- Fixed related to accounts management (secrets handling)
- You can now reveal previously saved passwords in Settings
- Fixed an issue that prevented Wiki files to render properly
- Misc changes related to the GUI library
If you are running PantherX OS, you can already take advantage of some of these fixes by updating with px update apply.
